Just got final quotes back.  For 2 people it's about a $1,500-$1,800/year savings.  That's real money but also comes with a real risk of getting away from Wellmark in Iowa.  The new carrier would be Gerber Life and Midlands Choice/First Health.  I know nothing about those networks.  Not sure $1,500 is worth bailing ship from Wellmark.
