SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!
I can't imagine trying to get by with a 40/60 pressure system. we're on rural water and have 85 to 90 coming in through inch PVC to the water manifold & all the way to water heater half-inch from the water heater to the hot water faucets that is a very short run. Small electric instant water heaters at the distant upstairs bathroom. Three quarters to the outside faucets on the house.
still notice a pressure drop when the kids are home in the showers are going in the washer is going and assorted other things. Water manifold has a quarter-turn valve on every run going to every location or faucet. One of the best things we ever did for system maintenance.
