Umm, beef heart gravy. Moms potato and bread crumb dumplings, with beef heart gravy ladled over.

Ah the good old days.

You might have to be a little German to like it.

Cube up the heart into small little cubes, make a flour gravy.

For supper slice up the leftover dumplings and fry them, reheat the gravy and enjoy again.
