Subject: Problems with Quicken

I have had continuing issues with my subscription to Quicken. Anybody else using it. My latest issue is it wont let me type anything in the Memo line of my transactions. I try to type and it places an N/A in the memo line as soon as I try to save it. Anyone find a fix to this?
