What did they have to spend to kill a lousy wood goat? Could have saved all that money and bought a beef.
Had a friend that processed deer, said hunters were notorious for not picking up their meat until tax refunds came in. He had to store a bunch of venison every year waiting to get paid. Some never picked up their meat at all. He got disgusted and quit.
