south east SD
I put up a shop in 2000, put in tube heat in 2001.

Shop is 40-60-16. The head should be by the big door. With that said mine is not. My house is west of my shop and the big door is on the south side. With the head at the big door the outlet/vent would be on the north side where I couldn't see it from the house. So mine vents to the south where I can look out and at times can see it running.

I keep it at 53 with a dehumidifier running to get rid of moisture inside from my snow pusher. I can't tell a big difference inside with cold spots and can work in a sweatshirt just fine.

Below is a picture of what I have.
