Subject: Radiant Tube Heater - U shape tube vs strait tube

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana
Was at Indy Farm Show today. Talked to two tube heater guys. One guy recommends a 40’ tube for my building. The other guy recommends a 40’ U shape (2 - 20’ tubes)

The U Shape Tube guy claims a more evenly distributed heat that should heat the same area as the 40’ model (U Shape Tube guy said he’d sell me either but likes the U Shape)

Can anyone shine any light on this? Is this just a salesman tactic? I will have more questions later and am perfectly content running a salamander this winter if it means making the right decision for next year and down the road...
