NE ND | IMO I wouldn't want to go lower than 330HP with 4:10 rears. I have three trucks with 370 HP with 3.90 rears. Only time they struggle is on long uphill grades, say 250 ft in five miles (some will laugh at that) but I'm likely overloaded when this happens. Advantage with small block engines is truck is light. Brother has an N14 at 435 in a daycab and says you just press pedal and go as fast as you want but it really likes the fuel tank.
