WY, OK
Cheap bastard that put my well in originally had a 4" casing with 4" pump. Pump finally failed a few years back, was original from the late '70s. I couldn't even get it off the pitless with a tractor, depth was around 160' as well. We've pulled tons of our own stuff deeper than that but in real casings that are much larger than the pump. Finally had to suck it up and have well guy come out with their truck and pluck it. If it is anything like mine was the pump will be basically unrecognizable with all the sediment and rust on it and you'll be hoping the casing stays together when you drop the new pump in.

At least mine had threaded PVC, I wouldn't like trying to pull a deep one that has HDPE as the pipe. Only time we ever used it for a well pump was in backhoe dug 20' or shallower stuff. Definitely going to want a pipe jack on it for when something gives, and hopefully it is above the ground when it does.
