Going dry into storage, the main thing is to keep your grain temperature close to ambient. Our temperature over the last week has averaged about 35F. If I were putting 65F corn in a bin, I would be running the fans. Otherwise, you run the risk of moisture condensing on the grain surface, especially if you have it peaked.
