Get some peroxide in his ear like said above, then shoot some penicillin down his ear. If its an ear infection that will take care of it. If you want to be really proactive give him a shot of draxxin, then go with a daily treatment of baytril. The go to vet in our area swears by this. Atleast it sounds like you caught it early so there is a good chance of survival
