Could you use bin Jack's?
That’s what we did! Raised a building 5 foot using bin jacks. Had lifting lugs lag bolted to the posts. Had a precut 5 foot 4x6 along with some longer 2x6s that lagged to the 4x6. Picked a day that was supposed to be calm had the 4x6s cut, bin jacks in place, and tools in place. Neighbor is more assertive so he cut the building loose, we slowly and evenly cranked the building up, set the filler 4x6 in place and sandwiched the splice and filler piece in with the 2x6s and lagged it together.
