We did about 12 inches to a tobacco barn. It was a very long process. We put a railroad jack at each post and moved about 2 inches at a time. Thing we noticed was boards flexing into each other. I’d suggest pulling the side walls off if it’s metal or pulling relief boards if it’s wood.
