SW Ont | How about having the desk under the windows, or located so windows aren't in screen reflection.
How about tipping the screens down further - again so windows aren't in screen reflection.
There is one location that I often use my laptop, and at a certain time of day tipping the screen down solves are reflection/glare issue 'here'.
The key is orienting the mirror (screen) so the source of the glare doesn't show in the mirror.
