Never understood the loan rate price set. Seems awful low.

I have never taken a crop loan, probably because the rates are so low it would do me no good

That WAS that price of grain for a decade or more. You tried to take an LDP on a dip and sell the grain on a rally. But it took a decent crystal ball to average much above loan rate.
