they do have the name and address of every landlord in that county. Also , the landlords(in other counties) of every operator that uses that county for their "control county". Im sure this is true. just sayin'


Anyone can buy a plat book for $30 that has a great start on most of that info. I'm not real techie, but know people who can do a really accurate search on the internet and don't even have to buy the plat book.

In many counties in Michigan, if I desired to do so, armed with a name and section number, I can lurk from the comfort of my living room the register of deeds records as well.


I was once married to a former FSA employee. I can assure you, I was NOT privy to as much info as some seem to believe there is. Way more info at the local dead pecker club available any day of the week.
