NE Iowa | You need a bale spear with 2 low mounted long forged spears about 40" apart. You stab it in the bottom third taking it off the bale hauler. Then you take it right up to where you want to stack it and dump it gently leaving it on end. Then stab it a few inches off the ground and you may need to push against the stack a little to get the spears fully in. Then lift and stack. I go three high on end in most of my sheds. Been stacking that way since I was 10 years old and we got our first skid steer. | |
