NEMO | I used to love my MacDon FD75 Head but now I'm thinking it is a piece of crap!
Cutting beans with a skiff of snow, sliding over the top of the snow, very little (if any) snow getting into the head or the combine. When the sun starts to go down and temperature drops the belt freezes to the metal and stops turning, or the trash freezes that is wedged between the belt and metal edges.
Shouldn't have to take a head to the shop every night to thaw out so you can clean it out the next morning around the belts so the belts will move. Uuuuuggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
Or am I missing something? Any ideas or tricks that I don't know about?
