If I remember correctly, “been a long time” but either a 1465 OLIVER WHITE FIAT or a DX160A DEUTZ-FAHR that I’ve owned in years past had a creeper gear tranny. Better check this as my memory is good but terribly short.
1465/1470 had one but it’s only 70 hp....
1580/1880 Hesston (Fiat) tractors might get you close. Cheap on fuel too.
