Subject: 1900/1910 hydraulic conversion ????

SW ND
I want to convert a ground drive 1900-1910 cart to hydraulic drive to variable rate fertilizer. I have some questions that I need some answers to.

I want to do this to put the air cart behind a planter to put fertilizer down to do one pass planting.
(Planter Case IH 1250 16 row, Magnum 260 tractor Pro 700 equipped, have extra Pro 700 not being used)

Can you use hydraulic planter drives to turn the meters? (Used drives with valves and encoders) Can they work if only using 4 runs per tank?

What rate control module (Raven, John Deere, trimble Field IQ, etc.) will work to variable rate with a Pro700? What is possible?

Would it be simpler to stay with John Deere equipment?

Your opinion good or bad is welcome.
