central Ia | There was a post a while back on what to look for on a 9400 combine. The 89-91? had the smaller motor it a crankshaft problem but there was an update so the new crankshafts are okay. Check the augers, cylinder bars and concave, feeder house and chains, check the clean grain and returns augers for holes or wear on the tubes. Good combine I had a 90 the smaller engine wasn't much of a concern for me had a 920 platform and a 643 corn head | |
