Subject: RE: Pressure Hitch Control on MF Tractors

NE Neb
I still have one for the super 90 or 85. Dad said they used it alot. Grandpa bought an 1100 but it had the drawbar that was already hooked to the links for pressure control. When dad bought his 1135 he just used a chain from the quick hitch to the implement tongue. It made quite the difference. I remember grandpa saying before he bought his 85 the local dealer had a 35 with a 2 bottom a 50 with a 3 bottom 65 with a 4 bottom and a 85 with a 5 bottom all hooked together with chains. They left the 3 smaller ones idling with the plows in the ground and pulled them all with the 85 with it's plow in the ground to. He said they were using draft on the other 3 and pressure on the 85 to show how much traction you could gain.
