Eagle River Ontario Canada | there was a time that there was a lot of tile going in here. but mainly to natural outflows, no lift stations. these days there is not much for tile going in. most of the bigger guys here dont bother. the thinking is that wet marginal ground will be used for pasture and the good land is used for hay and silage. For us though when the cash is available we are going to try and get some tile in the ground to make that marginal ground good enough to work. lots of fields here hold a lot of potential and would be good crop land if they had some good drainage |
