Each enterprise needs to be viable and stand on it's own before you stack them. Otherwise you create more work and lose more money faster.

What experience and expertise do your relatives have to bring to the table? "I'd like to..." and having a skill set are different. What are you doing now to build a customer base? Are you willing to be a marketer instead of a producer?

I know nothing of your farm, but probably the best way to start is marketing freezer beef and pork. Little risk and low start-up costs for you. Again, have a profitable base enterprise before stacking more on top.
