What experience and expertise do your relatives have to bring to the table? "I'd like to..." and having a skill set are different. What are you doing now to build a customer base? Are you willing to be a marketer instead of a producer?
I know nothing of your farm, but probably the best way to start is marketing freezer beef and pork. Little risk and low start-up costs for you. Again, have a profitable base enterprise before stacking more on top. | |
