SW MO | Does anybody have any kind of on farm store/restaurant? Just thinking about options for the future, it seems like a viable one. We are diversified, hogs and cattle as well as row crops. A small flock of chickens and a larger produce garden would not be out of question. Have a relative interested in becoming a butcher/opening a locker plant in a few years, could do that. Could make endless products from what we produce, it just would be really intriguing and neat to do, could add an agritourism side as well. Just looking for options to be able to make coming back to the farm a more viable option for everybody. We have a great location along the interstate. What have you guys done? Thanks | |
