Subject: RE: under cab access on Challenger MT 565D tractor

NW Iowa
There really isn't any wires running right under cab. Most run along the right side of transmission. They come in the back can or under the right corner of cab I believe. If it has cab susp, just run the rear up. Everything on that should be CAN controlled. So more than one input running on each wire. I will have to look in my book and run it down. I bet its either a switch or the one of the CAN computers itself. CAN line runs from your armrest to your linkage controller X177. Doubt its a worn wire, but maybe a shorted wire arcing between itself.

Which fuse are you blowing? F59-10amp or F36-7.5amp with K30 relay?
I would make sure all your pins are in the connectors and not pushed out of the holder.
All these will be labeled on the wire harness by the connector.
X721 your ALO loader controller
X 723 loader function switch
X705 connection between cab harness and loader harness
X591 your backlight switch on your membrane pad. They have that going through k30 relay
X722 your ALO loader control supply
X137 cab transmission harness earth - check for loose ground
