Brings back memories. Dad had a PT225, and after double-checking with the implement company, ran a small hydraulic motor long enough to cook the hydraulic system. That was in the fall. After the back-and-forth with the implement manufacturer about who was paying for what, he and I wound up pulling every hydraulic component with an o-ring off of the tractor and getting them all rebuilt. By time to re-install, we realized that we hadn't thought things through. The tractor was in the middle of the yard, and it was January. A few tarps and a torpedo heater took the edge off, but still. Was 17, working my first job, 12 hr days, and this was a weekend(s) project.
Its enough to send a boy off for an education and a slack city job....
