WI | Stock 12.7 should be in the 25-30 range if i remember right. Might depend on the turbo. Some had a waste-gated turbo and some a non waste-gated. I have a 98 12.7 in a T800 Kenworth that i took the wastegated turbo off and put on a non-wastegated(Borg Warner 171702 Like $7-800) that some of the earlier 12.7's had. Had it tuned and that is a pretty respectable motor now. Also have a 550 C-15 so i do have something to compare it to. Does not have the lugging power in the field the Cat does and needs to run higher rpms, but the 12.7 is a great motor.
