East central Indiana
In Indiana you are allowed 7500 gallon per farm in 2500 gallon tanks before state chemist gets involved and then need a dike and load out pad. Is Illinois rules allow farmers to have as many 5000 gallon tanks or less with no dike? Meaning you can have 25000 gallon needing just tanks and plumbing no dike or load out area?
