Could someone explain to me why one uses multi-swath lines. I found this Trimble bulletin about it and a couple YouTube videos that tell how to do it, but my first question is why do this - what is an example of why you use this.
This is an old post I read about multi-swath lines that caught my attention:
"I am trying to export multi swath lines from Farmworks to a Pro 700 display. I exported it last season to a FMX display and it worked very nice. when you have a field with more than one AB line, the FMX would automatically select the correct AB line to use. I would like to see the same thing on the Pro 700, but we can't get that going." Will the FMX really automatically select the correct AB to use? If this were correct, I would think everyone and their dog would be using it. Nothing much worse than trying to quickly scroll down through a long list of AB lines and not finding it!!! Yet I have talked to two trimble dealers and neither one had ever heard of it. Thanks
