ec illinois champaign | thats pretty much is it,some companies are set up on a tiered volume disc like _____ ,,more you buy higher your volume disc. and some companies have a tiered commission schedule,,it gets real messy real fast,,i despise volume discounts,,example,,i have 2 customers,,1 farms only 100 acres,he buys 100% of his seed from me every year,,,and other customer only buys 20 percent of his farm from me,but buys more bags,more volume,,who should be treated better. Big companies say 2nd farmer,,i say wrong answer,first farmer has his farm 100% with me,thats when i said whether you buy 10 bags or 1000 bags i give everyone the same price,,its all equal and fair. and my customers appreciate the fact they get the cheapest price and are all treated fairly | |
