My 8680 has a similar problem where it will snap into park if you hit both brake pedals at the same time at low speed, real handy when your trying to top off a truck with the grain cart. Sent it to the dealer and they replaced something that fixed it for about 3 months, now its doing it again.
Book says to bleed the brakes at every service but doesn't say how to go about it.
