n.c.iowa | There is a kit to allow the inside window to fold down, but the last time I looked it was kinda expensive.
We use a stick( broom handle, etc.) and wrap a soft cloth around it, get it wet and stick it in there and attempt to scrub the crap loose. Then hose down the area. It's kinda unhandy but it's the easiest thing we've found.
