SW Iowa | Get an “Insta Pot”. It’s a pressure cooker/slow cooker. We have 3 kids (16-14-12) and it is dang handy. We’ve cooked a big batch broccoli beef in 30 minutes, hardly had any leftovers. Done roasts both ways and will say I like a long cooker one better but we’re still learning. And an Airfryer is nice for chicken nuggets or strips, or toss some broccoli or cauliflower in some oil and then dry ranch dressing. It’s awesome!
I did Mr Mom duties when we worked opposite shifts and kids were babies, you really appreciate all they do! Anyone who says a stay at home Mom has it made is full of crap. It ain’t easy. | |
