I think you are in the right range. At least as far as the market here. Almost 200k is a lot of miles even for a Honda, but I can tell you have taken care of yours well. We don't deal with rust down here where it is warm and dry.
I called about another more used Pilot that had seen a lot of dirt roads, for $3900? with 210k miles. It had been on craigslist for a few weeks, so I don't know. We paid $4900 plus tax for ours with 155k miles, and I thought that was a bargain for such a useful and clean vehicle.
The rougher MDX we looked at I think they were in that $4800-5000 range. I can't remember exact.
