Pierce county WI | My dad had suggested that we just leave early and take the light rail in from Bloomington. I was tiling yesterday, so I was busy until time to go. I wanted to get home faster too. Bloomington is about a 40 minute drive. The stadium is less than an hour. I knew it would be expensive to park, but I couldn't believe the lack of parking, or even infrastructure. The cars were backed up to 94. How the heck do they not have an exit ramp especially for the stadium? I told Dad that I bet the city of Minneapolis wants it to be a mess so you have to take light rail. Then they can justify all they spent on it. Originally I thought they were going to build in Shakopee or Blaine, where there would be a lot of real estate. I remember going to the dome, and not having a big issue with parking. | |
