Central Sask. RM#254, Canada | And if you do replace them ? How do you know if you are getting fresh units or ones that have already been sitting around for a year or 4 going towards being dead ?? The battery life can range from 4 to 8 years . Less in colder climate and best in warm climate . Good excuse for going south for the winter " I have to take my vehicle down south so the TPMS,s live longer ." They are just another money making scam like putting Nitrogen in the tires , What a joke that is ...
I have always used a special blend of air in my tires ; It is only 78.4% Nitrogen , has worked really well for me these last 70 years .. And is easier to get than the so called "pure " stuff..
