Your rubber discharge paddles on the end of the rotor are SHOT. The rubber part should be allowing the paddle to scoop up the fodder and throw it, not bent backwards like they are. It also may be a result of a belt slipping on the discharge impeller or the chute plugging?? because of rivets or sheet metal inside the chute blocking material flow. This is NOT a common problem ever in corn. Looks like you have a bent paddle on the discharge impeller ??
