Basically yes it does. If they are too stupid or lazy to at least seek out a competent tax advisor to explain it to them then they get what they deserve. I’m sick and tired of putting up with all these idiotic laws in this country designed to protect stupid people from themselves. They need to quit sitting on their butts and waiting for the government or someone else to take care of them. Take responsibility for your own life. I have never understood why it should be the employers responsibility to withhold taxes anyway. If it’s your income you should be responsible for reporting it.
Just a little heads up on taxes.
