Subject: RE: Electric or Hydraulic Drive on Gandy Box with Integra

East Central, Nebraska
i have one that is hydraulic driven and leaks, changing to electric was a no brainer. then i remembered that i still have to run hoses back for the fan.

if i were you i would go electric but its up to you. i was thinking of running it with a graham. have been happy with their planter drives and i think one of their small planter drive motors would run a gandy. or put two on for section control.

either way all you need is the module and a little wiring on the agleader side. i believe all gandys that come from them with a hydraulic setup is out the door with a raven system. mine has a very similar if not exact same valve that is on my sprayer to turn the hydraulic valve up and down, a fast valve would make mine work alot better. i use a strip till module. i am also running NH3 and liquid all at the same time. pretty simple setup on the gandy box.
