North Central Illinois | I'm far from fitting in in my neighborhood. It is what it is. Only really matters if you are trying to do business with someone and they don't think your business model provides enough return that your check will be good.
As for reporting yields, I've gotten to where I'm less likely to give a number and report in terms of average. In fact, my corn yielded about 5% better than average this year.
One other thing. My best corn yield was my first year growing corn. There is such a thing as beginner's luck, so... | |
