| Wife catered for 30 years. When she started she bought a set of Cutco knives. I thought she was crazy paying tggat much for a set of knives but she still is using thiise same knives today. A few have been sharpened, company will sharpen for free, but most haven't & still as sharp as when she bought them. A couple years ago she sent 4 of their 4" paring knives in to be sharpened. They sharpened two, replaced 2 with new ones, and sent two more new ones for the "inconvience".. Not cheap in price but would be worth the investment at 2x the cost. | |
