ND | Like other brands it sometimes is just the fuel issue, the upper model probably has a component addition or two, the earlier JD 8100 & 8200 were the same but for power, the optional axles on the 8100 & 8200 were standard on the 8300 & 8400 as well as some other things. In my thinking the bottom model has some of the same components here & there which probably gives it more longevity in the long run & giving it say 10% more power will not affect its life. | |
