Well for Instance, Egypt is having trouble procuring $$$ to buy wheat.  The US could redirect Tariff's collected in a Trade War to assist a poorer country feed itself while moving US Wheat to a good customer.

At least SOMETHING good would come out of the two bullies fighting one another on the play ground.. while the rest of us watch..  smh.
