sw corner ia. | my case was same as yours, I signed nothing except the check and got a receipt stating x number of tons prepaid at $448/ton. this said nothing about holding it till next year. luckily for me I used up all but 300 bucks worth of material. dry is all put on too.
retailer told me when this all was going south that my price would not change next spring but would have to pay storage fee. really glad I didn't have go there. | |
