PRO-GRADE makes a decent quality locking jaw. Not the same as original Vice Grip but not bad for the price .


I heard on here about Malco's "eagle grip" locking pliers. They're restarting a factory in Nebraska that used to produce the "vice-grip" pliers, but has been closed for 10 years. That looks like it might be a decent option for new replacements. It looks like they just started production a month ago, and it will be May of next year before the new pliers are available.
