Callao, Missouri
I fought poor feeding from our 925 for many years until I installed an air reel. (shameless plug): I have that head for sale over on the classifieds.

I tried moving the auger position, installing paddle fingers on the reel, pounding lock washers onto the flighting, grinding/polishing about every surface I could reach, had fore/aft on the reel so I think I tried every reel position. Tried pitching the head different angles, tried cutting different directions, tried different finger timing, probably a few other things I’ve forgot.

I put the air reel on one afternoon and cut beans fine ever after unless they were REALLY tall or REALLY green.
