Your auger is too high and too far from the rear stripper. The auger should just clear the rear stripper. My platform doesn't have the extra floor stripper and it is set with about 3/8-1/2" of clearance. On your reel I have mine set with the teeth vertical. Unless you are trying to pick up flattened beans there is no reason to slope the teeth rearward. This tends to deposit the beans higher on the auger. All these things will cause the erratic feeding you are experiencing.
