If you haven't owned two comparable tractors from different companies at the same time you may not be able to comment one against the other. My FIL was a partner in local A-C dealership back in the day. M y dad had a JD4440 and I had a brand new AC8030 at the same time. If anyone can say a 8030 rode or operated as nice as the JD then theyre just being pigheaded. Throttle way up on the dash of the 8030 you couldn't reach. Noones steering or hyd ever have compared to JD's. The 8o30's seat set ahead of back axle as the JD's set over axle. Set in one all day and you can tell the difference. The orange bleeders can say all they want. They can say its marketing or that JD steals all their ideas. The writing is on the wall John Deere sells more tractors and equipment for a reason and we all know why.
