I’m sure someone’s done the figures. I understand this wouldn’t be an easy task, and it may not be best for the consumer as I’m sure it would increase costs. But if soy oil were to replace the majority of petroleum in fuel, plastics, and whatever else it’s used for, what would that do to our soybean supply?
